This Privacy Policy explains what information HorseKeeper, operated by Upper Group LLC, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to run the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information — name, email, and login credentials.
Barn data you enter — horses, health and breeding records, clients, invoices, inventory, finances, and team members.
Payment information — handled by Stripe, our payment processor, and its providers. We do not store your full card details.
Usage & device data — basic log data (e.g., browser, pages used) to keep the Service secure and improve it.

2. How We Use It

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To send account, security, and support messages.
To process purchases and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your barn data with other users except the team members you invite.

Marketing Emails & Unsubscribe

We may occasionally send you promotional emails or newsletters about new features, tips, and special offers. You can opt out (unsubscribe) at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing support.horsekeeper@gmail.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe”. We will remove you from all promotional lists. You will still receive essential account, security, billing, and support messages required to operate your account.

3. Service Providers

We use trusted third parties to operate the Service, including hosting and database infrastructure, and Stripe as our payment processor. These providers process data only to perform services for us.

4. Data Retention & Security

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, backups) to protect your data, though no system is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights
